The choice between the edited and the unedited version has no impact whatsoever on your preparation for the exam. The DVD of the unedited version does contain these two scenes.
That is why both an edited and an unedited version have been made. These things are considered normal in the Netherlands, but possession of such visual material is illegal in some countries. In the edited version, two scenes have been omitted from the Naar Nederland film: a scene in which two men marry and a scene in which a woman is sunbathing topless. The English and French support packages are available in two versions: edited and unedited. It contains all the materials needed to prepare for the Speaking, Reading and Knowledge of Dutch society (KNM) sections of the exam. Naar Nederland is the only official self-study package for the integration exam abroad.
